 Infrastructure is defined as entities designed to support human activities, like roads, bridges, railways, airports etc.

 According to the American Society of Civil Engineers, in 2001 when they gave America’s infrastructure system a report card grade of a D+, they stated they would need $1.3 Trillion over 5 years to remedy the situation.

 The current investment total needed by 2020 to remedy our infrastructure is $3.6 Trillion.

 With this infrastructure problem becoming more apparent, government agencies have been established that are working to secure funding, which can then be used to pay the engineering and construction communities.

 Developing nations will require strong infrastructure systems to grow.
